About

SURVIVE AND THRIVE

Who Am I and What Do I Stand for?

I am a transformational life, trauma and grief coach, bereaved mom, and businesswoman who knows the struggle of trying to overcome heavy, traumatic issues that life can deal us.  In my coaching practice, I provide the tools, strategy and support to help people overcome survival mode, heal their bodies, minds and souls, and thrive again.  No one should have to walk alone in the dark.  Whether you are dealing with chronic illness, extreme life challenges, grief or trauma, I can help you find your way.

  • Prior to coaching, I held various positions in real estate and was vice president of a successful family corporation, as well as busy mom to three girls.
  • I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Policy from California State University, Sacramento.
  • In my free time I enjoy traveling, hiking, sailing, exploring, reading, learning and connecting with new friends.
  • I trained as a Human Potential Coach, with the Human Potential Academy (originally with the Bulletproof company, founded by Dave Asprey).

Beauty from Ashes Coaching.

Coaching was, and continues to be a big part of what saved my life during and after the storm.  Now I am in a healed place from which I can share hard earned, transformative lessons, wisdom and insights with you as you journey through life – it’s triumphs and tragedies, and everything in between.  Coaching is a partnership, and together we will explore your deepest grief, struggles, challenges and dreams to bring you to a place of true transformation and resiliency, with a focus on healing and listening to the body, mind, and soul, and intentionally, with Love, weaving them together to reveal and support the best version of YOU.

We will walk together, and through powerful questions and intuitive listening, I will help you harness your innermost knowledge of yourself; helping to heal, clarify and strengthen you.

I specialize in grief, child loss, chronic illness and the issues and challenges around suicide and suicidal ideation, that most are afraid to talk about.  It needs to be talked about, and the issues that drive it, brought into the light.

With courage and perseverance, we can learn, grow, and do better for ourselves and those we love.
